What is Personal Training?
As a personal trainer I'm offering 1:1 and 1:2 lessons to help you achieving your goals. Whether you'd like to feel more energised, lose weight, gain muscle mass, improve cardiovascular fitness or just "look better" I'm happy to help.
Every programme starts with a goal setting and a basic screening to see where's our baseline. When we know the long term goal we'll set up an achievable and realistic plan how to get there.
The individual sessions are 100% tailored to your needs so they are effective and highly motivating.
