Would you like to feel great and look better? Would you like to improve your physical performance, increase your muscle mass or lose weight?

Having come from a sporting background, I am very surprised by the lack of proper physical education in UK schools. When I started working with my performance players, I found their general strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, and agility was very poor. To be able to help them professionally, I started my level 3 personal training course in 2013.

With my new skills and qualifications I can help groups and individuals in the areas below.

Circuit training

It is commonly perceived as an intense form of exercise that

enables participants to get a balanced and effective workout in a relatively short period of time.

Circuit training allows you to exercise at your own pace, at a set number of stations or exercises, for a set period of time (or a number of repetitions).

Nutritioning

With nutritional advice and a programme you will eat more healthily and be able to maximise your training.

Having a balanced diet is very improtant to make you feel and perform better.  Exercising alone, is not enough if you are looking to feel and look better.

Weight training

Weight training is a great way to lose body fat - increases your metabolism - to gain more muscles or get more toned.

One of the biggest advantages is it's a great way to build up confidence as with a detailed programme your efforts will be rewarded relatively fast.

Core training

The core region consists of far more than just the abdominal muscles. In fact core strength training aims to target all the muscles groups that stabilize the spine and pelvis.

Examples of benefits of core strength training:

  • Greater efficiency of movement

  • Reduced risk of injury

  • Improved balance and stability
