Different volleys for different situations
So many times when we hit a volley, we don't have a clear picture what type of shot we would like to deliver. One way to determine our volley can be based on the speed of the incoming ball. 1. When you receive a "normal" ground stroke, the speed of the incoming ball is around 5/10 - 7/10 range just REFLECT - Send the ball back with the same speed, looking for depth and open space.
